My name is Gwen Burson –Visser, I am 31 years old. I came to see Jennifer on the recommendation from my personal trainer to help get advice on my diet and to be taught how to achieve a balance in my life with food. Attending meetings with Jennifer has shown me how my problem is I overeat, that I eat my emotions instead of sorting through them.

My meetings with Jennifer can sometimes be more like therapy in a way, which helps me talk about myself and how I am managing me eating habits and other times it is constructive to food planning and setting goals for the next week.

The combination has made me open my eyes to what I need to fix on an emotional level with food and not just following a diet. Where yes you will lose weight but 99% of the time you will put it back on within a 3 year period, and this is what I wanted to change in my life. To me, my change is not a diet; it’s a new way of life for me and just learning a different way of looking at food.
My progress in 7 months: 13 kilo in weight loss, 99 cm in body loss measurement.

Werkt niet volgens een 'standaard' dieet wat bijna niet vol te houden is. Gaat voor de lang termijn effect met haalbare doelen. Flexibel in afspraken en altijd bereid om advies te geven.
