Rates and Billing Information
All insurance companies cover 100% of at least the first four hours (per calendar year)! From January 2012 please contact your insurance company.
*Please note, as of 2010, all Dutch residents have a required €165 “eigen risico”
Rates below are if you choose to pay out of pocket or if your insurance coverage is complete:

* Please note, most basic (basis) insurance packages will not cover additional services, outside the four hours, unless you have an additional (aanvullend) insurance package.
- If for some reason you are unable to finish the program, out of pocket payments are non-refundable.
- Payment is due 14 days after the invoice is received
- A €5 fee will be added for every week payment is late.

- Insurance companies will be charged the applicable travel fee, determined by each insurance company, for appointments held “on location” at home, office etc.
- Additional time spent outside of office hours for you (including emails, preparation time etc.) may be charged to insurance company, upon notification.
- Last minute cancellation: 45 minutes will be charged towards your insurance company for a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance. If your insurance coverage is completed, or if you are paying out of pocket, € 48,75 will be added to your invoice. Appointments are charged from the time it is scheduled to begin, regardless of when you arrive.
